By accessing or using One Fine Plan ("the Service"), operated by One Fine Wedding, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
One Fine Plan is a wedding planning platform that provides tools for budget tracking, guest management, seating charts, invitations, wedding websites, gift registries, and related planning features.

The Service offers a free plan with core features and paid plans (Premium, Platinum) with additional features. Paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Once purchased, features are unlocked permanently for your wedding.
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Since paid plans provide immediate access to digital features, refunds are generally not available once a plan has been activated. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using purchased features, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (photos, text, guest information, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

When you invite guests, partners, or collaborators, you are responsible for the information shared with them. Guest-facing features (RSVP, gift registry, wedding website) are accessible via unique links you choose to share.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, One Fine Wedding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
