No. One Fine Plan is a web app, which means it runs entirely in your browser. Nothing to install or download. You can access it from any device, including your phone, tablet, or computer.
Yes. On our Premium and Platinum plans you can invite your partner to join your wedding plan with full shared access, so you can plan together in real time. Platinum couples can also add up to 10 additional collaborators, such as a wedding planner, parent, or key member of the wedding party, and control whether each person has view-only or edit access.
Yes. We take the security of your personal information and wedding data very seriously, and follow industry best practices to keep your account and information safe.
Your wedding plan and all associated data will be kept active throughout your planning journey. To protect your privacy and manage our systems responsibly, couple profiles are automatically deleted 6 months after your wedding date. We recommend exporting any data you'd like to keep before that point.

Platinum is ideal for couples planning a more involved celebration, whether that's multiple events across the wedding weekend, a larger group of people helping with planning, or simply wanting the most complete experience the platform offers. It builds on everything in Premium with expanded capacity and multi-event functionality throughout the platform.
Yes. The Wedding Website Builder lets you create a personalised, shareable site for your guests with no design or technical skills required. Free plan users can share key information with guests straight away, while Premium and Platinum users unlock additional interactive features to create a richer guest experience.
Premium and Platinum couples can send digital invitations to guests and collect RSVPs directly through One Fine Plan. You can also download print-ready invitation files with unique guest QR codes for physical invites. Automated reminders take care of chasing non-responders, and you can track delivery, views, RSVPs, and dietary requirements all from one place.
Yes. Multi-event planning is a Platinum feature. Platinum couples can create and fully manage multiple events, each with its own guest list, invitation, seating plan, floor plan, and timeline.
The Supplier Directory lets you browse, search, and filter wedding suppliers who have listed their business on One Fine Plan. You can search by category and location, sort by rating or price, shortlist favourites, and send enquiries directly through a supplier's profile. Once you've confirmed a booking, marking a supplier as locked in automatically adds them to your Key Contacts.
Yes. Send an enquiry through any supplier's profile and once they respond, a direct messaging thread opens between you. Everything stays within One Fine Plan so your conversations are easy to refer back to throughout planning.
Yes. One Fine Plan has a dedicated supplier directory where couples actively browse, shortlist, and connect with wedding vendors. Creating a profile is free, with no credit card required, and gets your business in front of engaged couples who are in the thick of planning.
We welcome all wedding-related businesses, including photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, venues, hair and makeup artists, musicians and DJs, cake designers, celebrants, stylists, and more.
The Basic plan gets you listed in the directory so couples can find you. It's intentionally simple. Enough to establish your presence on the platform and start receiving enquiries, but with limited tools to tell your full story. It's a great way to get started while you explore whether One Fine Plan is the right fit for your business.
Premium gives you a polished, well-rounded profile with the tools to actively manage your leads and communicate with couples directly through the platform. It's designed for suppliers who want to make a genuine impression and convert profile visits into real enquiries.
Platinum is for suppliers who want to build the most complete, compelling profile possible and make the most of their presence on the platform. In addition to everything in Premium, you get significantly more tools to showcase your work, tell your story, and build trust with couples who are browsing. The more complete and detailed your profile, the more likely it is to stand out in search results. Platinum also unlocks a detailed analytics dashboard so you can track how your profile is performing and know exactly where to improve.
Premium and Platinum suppliers can manage an availability calendar from their dashboard and display it on their public profile. Couples can see your available, tentative, and unavailable dates before reaching out, reducing back-and-forth and helping you receive more qualified enquiries. Any private notes you add to dates are visible only to you.
All suppliers, including free accounts, can receive enquiries submitted by couples through your profile. Premium and Platinum suppliers can reply to enquiries directly within the platform, with all messages kept in a threaded conversation.
Yes. Couples can submit a star rating and written review from your profile page. Reviews go through a moderation process before being published, and your overall rating is displayed once you have 5 or more published reviews. Premium and Platinum suppliers can write a public response to any review.
If you downgrade, your profile will be adjusted to reflect your new plan's limits. Content that exceeds those limits will be removed from your live profile and may not be recoverable if you re-upgrade later, so we'd encourage you to review your profile carefully before making any changes. If you cancel entirely, your account will be deactivated at the end of your billing period, and any data associated with your plan will be deleted after 90 days.
One Fine Plan offers three tiers for couples. The Free plan is available at no cost. The Premium plan is a one-off payment of $149 AUD. The Platinum plan is a one-off payment of $249 AUD. Both paid plans are one-off purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges for couples.
Both Premium and Platinum are one-off payments. You pay once and retain full access to your plan's features for the duration of your planning. No renewals, no surprises.
Yes. You can start on any tier and upgrade when you're ready. If you're upgrading from Premium to Platinum, you'll only be charged the difference between the two tiers, not the full Platinum price.
Suppliers can choose from three tiers. The Free (Basic) plan is available at no cost. The Premium plan is $39 AUD per month, and the Platinum plan is $99 AUD per month. Supplier plans are monthly subscriptions and can be cancelled at any time.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your profile and dashboard reflect the new tier straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain full access to your current plan's features until then.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted and widely used payment platform. One Fine Plan does not store your card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with the highest security standards.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a plan has been purchased and the features have been accessed. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please reach out to our support team and we'll review your situation fairly.
Yes. You can cancel your supplier subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
