1. About These Terms

These Website Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to your access to and use of the website located at onefineplan.com (the Website), including all pages describing our features, pricing, frequently asked questions, and blog or article content.

These Terms apply to anyone browsing the Website, whether or not you hold an account with us. They are separate from, and apply in addition to, the agreement that governs your use of the One Fine Plan application once you register for an account.

If you register a couple account, your use of the application is governed by our Couple User Agreement. If you register a supplier account, your use of the application and supplier directory is governed by our Supplier User Agreement. Each of those agreements is presented to you, and must be accepted by you, at the point of account registration.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and One Fine Plan Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed) (One Fine Plan, we, us, or our). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website.

We may change these Terms at any time by updating this page at onefineplan.com/termsandconditions. Your continued use of the Website following any such update constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms as amended. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

2. The Website

The Website provides information about One Fine Plan's wedding planning application, including descriptions of our subscription and pricing plans, frequently asked questions, and blog or article content relating to wedding planning and related topics.

Current pricing and feature information for couple and supplier plans is published on the Website and within the application, and may be updated by us from time to time. Where these Terms and the Website differ as to current pricing, the pricing shown on the Website or within the application at the time of your purchase or subscription will apply.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information on the Website (including pricing, feature descriptions, FAQ content, or blog and article content) is accurate, complete, or current at all times. We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, or change features described on the Website at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You must only use the Website in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You must not:

You may view, browse, and print pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, or publish any Website Content without our prior written consent or as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Where the Website allows you to submit comments, feedback, or other content (for example, on a blog post), you must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. 8. Account Registration and Other Agreements

The Website itself does not require an account to browse. Where you choose to register for an account to access the One Fine Plan application:

as a couple, you will be asked to read and accept our Couple User Agreement, which governs your use of the application, your subscription or plan, and your wedding planning data; or
as a wedding industry business or sole trader, you will be asked to read and accept our Supplier User Agreement, which governs your use of the application, your subscription, and your supplier listing.

Your use of the application is governed by the relevant User Agreement, not by these Website Terms and Conditions, from the point you accept that agreement. These Website Terms and Conditions continue to apply to any part of the Website you access outside the application (for example, the public marketing pages, pricing pages, FAQ, and blog).

9. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at onefineplan.com/privacypolicy.

10. Reporting Issues

11. General

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law applying in Victoria, Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts of appeal from them in respect of any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Each party irrevocably waives any objection to the venue of any legal process on the basis that the process has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

Waiver

No party may rely on the words or conduct of any other party as a waiver of any right unless the waiver is in writing and signed by the party granting the waiver.

Severance

Any term of these Terms which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms is not affected.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, embody the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the Website and supersede any prior negotiation, conduct, arrangement, understanding, or agreement, express or implied, in relation to the subject matter of these Terms. They do not affect the terms of any User Agreement you separately accept to use the application.

Interpretation

In these Terms: words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; words indicating a gender include corresponding words of any other gender; a reference to 'person' includes an individual, corporation, authority, association, or other entity; and the word 'includes' is not a word of limitation. A reference to $ or 'dollar' is to Australian currency unless otherwise agreed in writing.
