Wedding planning is rarely a solo endeavour. Whether it's your partner, a parent, a maid of honour, or a wedding coordinator, there are often several people involved in the process, and keeping everyone informed and aligned can quickly become complicated. The Collaboration feature gives you a structured, controlled way to bring others into your planning space without losing oversight of what's happening and who's doing what.
For Premium users, you can invite your partner to join your wedding plan with full access. They'll be able to view, edit, and contribute to every part of your plan just as you can, making it a genuinely shared planning experience rather than one person doing all the work and updating the other.
Platinum users can go further, adding up to 10 collaborators beyond their partner. This is ideal for couples who have a wedding planner, a detail-oriented parent, or a particularly organised member of the wedding party who wants to help. When adding a collaborator, you choose their access level: view-only, so they can see everything but can't make changes, or edit access, giving them the ability to contribute directly to the plan. Access levels can be updated at any time, and collaborators can be added or removed whenever your needs change.
To keep everything transparent and everyone accountable, a full activity log tracks every action taken by collaborators within your plan. Each entry is attributed to the person who made it, giving you a clear, chronological history of changes, so you always know what has been updated, added, or removed, and by whom. It's a practical safeguard when multiple people are working across the same plan, and a useful reference point if something changes unexpectedly.
