Your invitation is the first real glimpse guests get of your wedding: the tone, the style, the excitement of what's to come. The Invitations feature gives you a beautifully simple way to design, send and manage your invites, with everything from personalisation through to RSVP tracking handled in one place.

Start by choosing a background design that fits the look and feel of your wedding. From there, the invitation editor gives you full control over the text that appears over your chosen design: move elements around, add or delete text and adjust fonts and colours until the invite feels completely yours. Your invitation includes two editable pages: the main invite page with all the key details of your day and a Details page where you can include additional information such as dress code, venue directions, accommodation, or anything else your guests need to know. Once you're happy with both pages, you can preview the full design before moving on to sending or printing.

Once your design is finalised, you have four options for getting your invitations into the hands of your guests.

Digital via email: Send invites directly to your guests through the app, using the email addresses stored against each guest in your Guest List. You choose exactly which guests receive the invite, giving you full control over your send list.

Single PDF download: Download one print-ready PDF of your invitation to print as many copies as you need and distribute to guests yourself.

Per-guest PDF download: Generate a unique PDF for each guest group, with their names and a personalised QR code printed on the invite. Each QR code links directly to that guest's unique RSVP page within the app, making the response process seamless for guests and effortless for you to track.

Single PDF + sticker sheets: Download a print-ready invite PDF alongside A4 sheets of guest name and QR code stickers, one sticker per guest group, which can be printed at a store as peel-and-stick labels. Choose from 12, 16, or 20 stickers per A4 sheet to suit your printing needs. Simply stick each label onto a printed invite and you have a personalised invite ready to send, at a fraction of the cost of fully custom printing.

Chasing guests for RSVPs is one of the most universally dreaded parts of wedding planning. The Invitations feature takes care of it for you with automated reminders. Set two reminder dates in the lead-up to your wedding and the app will automatically follow up with any guests who haven't yet responded, so you can spend less time sending follow-up messages and more time enjoying the countdown.

Once your invites are out in the world, the tracking section of the Invitations page gives you a clear, real-time view of how things are progressing. See which guests have received their invite, who has opened it, who has RSVP'd and what their response was and whether any guests have flagged dietary requirements. Everything you need to stay across your guest responses, all without a single spreadsheet.
