Your guest list is one of the most important and most dynamic, parts of your wedding planning. Names get added, details change and keeping track of it all can quickly become a juggling act. The Guest List feature gives you a clean, organised space to manage every guest from the moment they're invited right through to the day itself.
Guests can be added as singles, couples, or family groups, reflecting the way most wedding invitations are actually sent and managed. Each guest or group can then be assigned to a category that makes sense for your wedding, such as Bride's Family, Groom's Family, Friends, Work Colleagues, or any custom grouping you create. This makes it easy to view and manage your list in a way that reflects your relationships and how your day is structured.
For each guest, you can store a full set of details: names, email address, phone number, dietary requirements and whether a guest is a child. Having this information in one place saves you from hunting through spreadsheets or message threads when you need to follow up on a dietary requirement or get in touch ahead of the day.
If you're migrating from a spreadsheet or already have your guest information stored elsewhere, the CSV import feature lets you bring your full list across in one go, no need to enter every guest by hand.
Finding a specific guest or checking the status of a group is quick and straightforward. You can search by name or filter by RSVP status, group, or party type: individual, couple, or family. Platinum members planning multiple events can also filter by event, making it easy to see exactly who is attending which part of the celebration.
At the top of the page, a set of stat cards gives you an at-a-glance summary of your guest list, including total guest count, number of children and more, so you always have a clear picture of where things stand without needing to scroll through the full list.
