On the lead-up to your wedding and on the day itself, being able to reach the right person quickly can make all the difference. The Key Contacts page gives you a single, organised place to store every important number and email address, from your florist and photographer through to your bridal party, close family, and venue coordinator.
To get you started, the page comes pre-filled with a set of common roles grouped into five categories: Venue, Suppliers, Wedding Party, Family, and Other. These cover the people and businesses most couples need to stay in contact with throughout the planning process. Simply edit each role to fill in the relevant contact details, remove any that don't apply to your wedding, and add new contacts as your supplier and guest list grows.
Reaching out to a contact is just a tap away. Click on a phone number to call, SMS, or open a WhatsApp conversation, or click an email address to fire off a message. This makes it easy to follow up with a supplier, check in with your wedding party, or quickly get hold of someone on the day when time is short.
For Premium members, the full contacts list can be exported. This is particularly handy for sharing with key people who might need it on the day, such as your venue coordinator, maid of honour, or best man, so that everyone has the information they need at their fingertips, even without access to the app.
