Whether you're planning a single wedding day or a series of celebrations across multiple events, the Events feature gives you a centralised space to manage who is attending, track responses and keep every event organised from start to finish.
For Premium users, the Events page is built around your wedding day. From here you can add guests from your guest list to the event and get a clear, at-a-glance view of who is coming, who has declined, which guests are children and which guests have dietary requirements and what those are. RSVPs can be managed manually directly within the event, useful for couples who sent physical invites, or whose guests reached out personally rather than responding through the app's RSVP system. When you need to share the details with your venue or caterers, the full guest list can be exported as a CSV.
Platinum users unlock the ability to create multiple events, perfect for couples planning a welcome dinner, engagement party, hens or bucks night, rehearsal dinner, or post-wedding brunch as part of a broader celebration. Each event you create can be given its own name, date, start and end time and a custom RSVP message that guests will see when they RSVP through the Guest portal. You also have full control over which features each event should include: choose from invitation, table seating, floor plan and timeline and only set up what's relevant for that particular event.
For events that include a timeline, you can choose the format that suits the occasion. If the event follows the rhythm of a wedding day, use the full four-section format with Getting Ready, Ceremony, Reception and Custom sections. For other event types, like a rehearsal dinner or welcome drinks, you can opt for a Custom-only timeline that gives you a clean, flexible space without the sections that don't apply.
Each event has its own dedicated guest list drawn from your main guest list, so you can invite different groups of people to different events without any crossover or confusion. Guests won't be notified about an event unless they are explicitly sent an invitation, giving you full control over the timing and communication for each occasion.
