Some of the best photos from your wedding day won't come from a professional camera. They'll come from your guests. The Guest Photo Gallery makes it effortless to collect every candid moment, group shot and behind-the-scenes snap in one place, so nothing gets lost in a WhatsApp thread or forgotten on someone's camera roll.
Getting guests to contribute is simple by design. There are two ways to share access to your gallery. The first and most seamless for the day itself, is through printed QR table signs. Click Create QR Signs to generate a unique QR code for each table at your venue. You can customise the signs with two colours for the outline and text, choose your font and personalise the wording to match the style of your day. Once printed and placed on tables, guests simply scan the code with their phone camera and upload photos straight to your gallery: no app download, no account, no friction.
The second option is a direct share link, which you can send to guests via your wedding website or message directly, useful for capturing photos from pre-wedding events or reaching guests post the event.
Every photo uploaded by a guest lands in your gallery in real time. You can view, download, or remove any individual image at any time, keeping full control over what stays in your collection. When you're ready to save everything, download your full gallery in one go, perfect for keeping a complete record of every moment captured on the day. By default, each guest can upload up to 50 images, though you can adjust this limit in your settings to suit your preferences.
When you're ready to open the gallery up to your guests, simply turn on Guest Viewing. From that point, anyone with the share link can not only upload photos but also browse everything that's been collected, a lovely way for guests to relive the day together and see moments they might have missed.
